CORPORATE.IE PICKS UP THE MOST COVETED AWARDS AT THE 2013 EVENT INDUSTRY AWARDS: BEST EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND BEST EVENT!
Corporate.ie has won the highly prestigious BEST EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY award at the recent annual Event Industry Awards which took place in the Burlington Hotel Dublin on 27th June 2013.
The company fought off tough competition to bring home the gold for the most coveted company category on the night. The bar was set exceptionally high as the awards organisers themselves confess this particular award could only be won only by a company that has ‘depth, diversity and originality’ with ‘one ingredient common to all your endeavours: faultless execution’… ‘We’ve set the bar high for this category and if you clear it, well, you’ll richly deserve your award.’
In addition to the BEST EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY award, Corporate.ie combined with other associate companies, were awarded BEST EVENT for the Emerald Isle Classic Notre Dame V Navy. The Corporate.ie Events Team had the honour of co-ordinating the overall event strategy and project management for the 28,000 travelling supporters and guests of Notre Dame for a series of events surrounding the Emerald Isle Classic. Those events for which our team were responsible were handled in their entirely by us from concept to delivery, for a eighteen month time period in advance of the actual events from 29th August – 2nd September 2012.
The Event Industry Awards celebrate excellence in events whilst showcasing the very highest standards in Ireland’s event industry. The awards boast a highly respected international panel who judge the entries alongside the Adjudicating Partner – the School of Hospitality Management and Tourism at DIT. The robust and thorough judging process with a transparent ‘scoring’ system in place from shortlisting to international adjudication and final selection.
