FIRE TAKES A BITE OUT OF INNOVATION BY BRINGING A UNIQUE LOYALTY PROGRAMME TO THE TABLE
The Corporate.ie venue team completed the install of an innovative loyalty programme for Fire Restaurant, Dublin and successfully rolled it out for testing amongst a 200 strong focus group of clientele.
The loyalty programme for Fire Restaurant was designed by Corporate.ie. The concept takes customer rewards to a new level for restaurants in Dublin city centre. By synchronising five unrelated software programs, Fire has a 360 view of customer behaviour enabling it to better exceed customer expectations and reward customers individually based on what they want. Right from the first call, to entering the restaurant and post service, the customer’s journey is personalised.
The test phase for Fire Loyalty continues to be successful. The Corporate.ie team plan to roll out the programme to a mass audience gradually over the course of 2013.
