At FIRE Restaurant and Lounge we have a reputation for taking great pride in educating our staff about the dishes we produce.
The team headed to the Ceide Fields in Co. Mayo where they learned about the land and livestock. This innovative team-building experience was set up to inspire, excite and motivate our staff.
While in Mayo, the team cut turf, ground flour and learnt more about the farm–fresh produce. Educating the staff can in turn educate the guests about the variety of fresh, local ingredients that go into FIRE’s original recipes.
Taking tours with the back-of-the-house staff together with front-of-the-house employees builds teamwork, which boosts morale .
